I believe that ACCESS is a system that was created to enhance high school teaching. As someone studying Secondary Teaching, I would take great vlaue in such a source. It provides the ability to offer courses via the internet using the latest technological techniques. It also gives certified Alabama teachers the ability to reach people to teach who cannot physically attend the school, especially people in rural areas. It can make me give my classroom students extra help online. It combines online learning and classroom teaching, which gives the strengths of both methods. As a teacher, it will make me be able to reach the uneducated, and that is the most important part of being an educator. I will be able to have more technological and teaching skills through the extended detail of this system, and hence make me a better educator. So, it is clear that ACCESS is a very valuable tool for me as a teacher.

Alabama Virtual Library
I believe that teachers can find great benefits in teaching and learning themselves through the Alabama Virtual Library. The AVL can help teachers since it gives them access to all these great sources of information to teach form and to learn from. The scholarly journal articles and the about any book or story or issue can be used at home or anywhere with an internet for convenience whenever a student or teacher need to write a paper or simply expand their horizons. The searching for information is so simple, just type the name of the topic wanted in the search engine and a relevant list comes up to choose from. There are a number of databases to choose from, like EBSCOhost, Jstor, etc. that have a variety of articles to choose from. There are quizzes that teachers or parents can give their students at their grade level in AVL, where they use AVL itself to find the answers, and in the process learn about subject matters relevant to their studies. Conclusively, it is obvious that it is a great source for teaching and learning, for the educator and student alike.

Podcasts
I believe podcasts are very important technological tools that educators should use in their teaching for a number of reasons. Podcasting provides the function of posting videos online and teachers can take advantage of this by posting educational videos for their students for extra detailed help, especially children who learn at slower paces. This function can be used by the students to make presentations and other assignments also. Podcasting also can make teachers stay current in their knowledge on current information regarding teaching/education/children. It also can promote communication with the community, by providing information on the school's events and with the parents by providing information on their children's advancement. All in all, it is clear that podcasting is a very valuable tool in today's world of teaching.

Constructivism
I believe constructivism is a very important teaching method to use on children and people. Constructivism is where the learner constructs or acquires the knowledge by on their own, without someone feeding it to them. I believe that as an educator, it would be wise for me to teach my students to learn on their own or to fish on their own rather than relying on others to give them the information that they need. It also gives me the teacher the feeling of the source where my students get their information, views and opinions/ideas. Conclusively, educating my pupils through teaching them to find the answer on their own, with little or no help, builds their intelligence and character, and that is my job as a teacher.
